A Night at the Library Mystery
November 13, 2016
El Dorado Hills Library, 7455 Silva Valley Parkway, El Dorado Hills CA
Eccentric book collector and millionaire, Howard Bibliophile, has invited the world’s most famous detectives to his country estate for a physically relaxing, but mentally invigorating weekend. The consummate host, he has forgotten nothing and is providing all the best culinary and vintner samples available in the county of gold. He has even collected the printed texts of all the detectives’ most famous cases and exploits.
Sherlock Holmes, Nick and Nora Roberts, Kinsey Millhone, Hercule Poirot and Nancy Drew; dashing, debonair and fearless, all but one – Miss Jane Marple, an elderly spinster lady who lives in the small English village of Saint Mary Meade. She has acted as an amateur consulting detective in a multitude of mysteries, usually involving the residents of her village, many of her friends and relatives and in every English country house or seaside resort she has ever visited. Wherever Miss Marple goes, trouble will soon follow…
